Copyright Ownership and Reservation of Rights

Wild Plum Games, LLC ("Wild Plum Games") is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to all content distributed through this platform, including but not limited to images, characters, game rules, mechanics, storylines, artwork, graphics, logos, designs, text, data compilations, software, and all other creative elements (collectively, the "Content"). The Content is protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other applicable intellectual property laws and treaties. Wild Plum Games reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

1). Exclusive Ownership. Wild Plum Games represents and warrants that it is either the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in the Content, including but not limited to music, trademarks, service marks, and proprietary information contained in or relating to the Content, or has obtained, at Wild Plum Games' expense, all necessary third-party approvals in writing to distribute the Content and grant the limited rights set forth in this notice.

2). Scope of License. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this notice and strict compliance with all restrictions herein, Wild Plum Games grants to users accessing the Content a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, royalty-free license solely to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license constitutes the minimum necessary rights required for users to access and view the Content and does not extend to any other use whatsoever.

3). Prohibited Uses and Restrictions. Users shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

a. Copy, reproduce, duplicate, download, store, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, rent, lease, or otherwise exploit the Content for any purpose beyond the limited right to access and view the Content as expressly permitted herein.

b. Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works based upon, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying concepts from the Content.

c. Remove, alter, obscure, or tamper with any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices, legends, symbols, or labels contained in or on the Content.

d. Use the Content for any commercial purpose or public display, including but not limited to incorporation into any product, service, or commercial offering.

e. Frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of Wild Plum Games.

f. Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, copy, or monitor the Content without Wild Plum Games' express prior written permission.

g. Redistribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or make available the Content to any third party through any means, including but not limited to file-sharing services, social media platforms, or other distribution channels.

h. Use the Content in any manner that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or other right of Wild Plum Games or any third party.

i. Create, develop, distribute, or sell any tabletop games, game materials, or related products that incorporate, are based upon, or are derived from the Content.

j. Use the Content in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4). No Transfer of Ownership. Nothing in this limited license grant shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights, title, or interest in or to the Content to any user. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Wild Plum Games.

5). Revocation of License. Wild Plum Games reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate this limited license at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, in Wild Plum Games' sole and absolute discretion. Upon revocation, suspension, or termination, users must immediately cease all access to and use of the Content and destroy any copies of the Content in their possession or control.

6). No Warranty for Free Content. Users acknowledge and agree that the Content is distributed online for free and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Wild Plum Games makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Content for any purpose.

7). Right to Discontinue Distribution. Users acknowledge and agree that Wild Plum Games' online distribution of the Content is subject to disruptions and that Wild Plum Games may decide to discontinue or terminate all or part of the online distribution of the Content at any time in Wild Plum Games' sole discretion, with or without notice to users.

8). No Obligation to Maintain Access. Wild Plum Games has no obligation to maintain, support, update, or continue providing access to the Content and may remove, modify, or restrict access to the Content at any time without liability to users.

9). Protection Against Unauthorized Removal of Notice. The removal, destruction, obliteration, or alteration of this copyright notice without the express written authorization of Wild Plum Games from any copy of the Content does not affect the copyright protection of the Content or Wild Plum Games' rights hereunder. Any person who removes, destroys, obliterates, or alters this copyright notice without authorization may be subject to civil and criminal penalties under applicable copyright laws and may be held liable for damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys' fees.

For questions regarding this copyright notice, to report suspected infringement, or to request permission to use the Content beyond the scope of the limited license granted herein, please contact Wild Plum Games, LLC via electronic mail at wildplumgames@gmail.com. All permission requests must be submitted in writing and must include a detailed description of the proposed use, the specific Content for which permission is sought, and the duration and geographic scope of the proposed use. Wild Plum Games reserves the right to grant or deny any permission request in its sole and absolute discretion and to condition any grant of permission on such terms and conditions as Wild Plum Games deems appropriate.

11). This copyright notice is effective as of the date the Content is first made available for access and viewing and applies to all Content distributed by Wild Plum Games through online platforms. Wild Plum Games reserves the right to modify this copyright notice at any time by posting a revised version. Continued access to or use of the Content following the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
